Delivery Timeline
All our wigs are custom-made from scratch to ensure premium quality.
Orders are processed and delivered within 14 business days
from the date of purchase.
During busy periods, slight delays may occur, but we will keep you informed of your order’s progress.
Delivery Method
We make use of PEP Paxi for most deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS from Paxi with your tracking number.
Clients are responsible for collecting their parcels from their chosen Paxi collection point.

Returns & Exchanges
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once an order has been placed.
Exchanges are allowed under specific conditions, provided the product is returned in its original, unused condition with tags intact.
All exchange-related costs, including shipping and handling fees, are the responsibility of the client.
We do not cover exchange shipping fees under any circumstances.
Important Information
We are not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been handed over to Paxi.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the client.
Uncollected parcels that are returned to us will require the client to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
Wigs that have been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any damages or defects must be reported to us within
48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photo evidence.
